The NexChef FP5 is a heavy-duty commercial gas fryer built for high-volume kitchens that demand consistent performance and lasting reliability. With a 70–100 lb. oil capacity and powerful 30,000 BTU heat exchange tubes, it delivers rapid recovery times and even heat distribution — perfect for frying everything from fries and wings to seafood and appetizers during peak service hours.
Durability is built into every detail. A peened stainless steel fry tank with smoothed welds ensures easy cleaning, while a stainless steel front, top ledge, and door stand up to daily use. The cool zone design helps extend oil life by collecting food debris, and the 1¼" full-port ball drain makes oil changes fast and efficient.
The FP5 is equipped with an Invensys thermostat (200°F–400°F) and auto-reset high-limit safety system for precise temperature control and peace of mind. Two nickel-chrome fry baskets with coated handles, a double-rod basket hanger, and a full foam zone ensure efficient, high-capacity frying. Adjustable 6" legs and optional casters offer flexibility for any kitchen layout.
